Join us as a Copywriter

• This is an opportunity to take on a fast-paced and hands-on role in our in-house Copywriting team
• You’ll be writing accurate and engaging job adverts for every job we recruit across NatWest Group
• If you can work quickly, accurately, and motivate yourself to switch between autonomous and collaborative working, you’ll thrive on this team
• We’re offering this role on a 12 month basis

What you’ll do

Working in a fast paced, collaborative and supportive team, you’ll be writing engaging job ads to attract a wide range of talent that will help us deliver on our purpose and strategy. It’s a chance to put your copywriting skills to good use in an in-house role, and build relationships with colleagues across the Talent Acquisition function

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Copywriting high quality, error free job adverts which accurately reflect the job profile
• Making sure that all job adverts are free from bias and legally compliant
• Constantly reviewing our processes and identifying areas to drive efficiencies
• Keeping up to date with the external market to make sure we’re using the latest tools and approaches to target the talent we need

The skills you’ll need

What we do is about communicating, and good writing is an essential part of that. You’ll bring copywriting experience, ideally in a recruitment sector, and the ability to write clear, accurate and persuasive copy that can engage different audiences.

You’ll also need:

• Attention to detail and a genuine desire to deliver high quality work
• To be comfortable delivering against challenging deadlines
• Great organisational and time management skills
• Heaps of initiative and a self-starter approach
• Sound judgement and decision-making abilities
