Experienced Bookkeeper
Nature’s Best, Inc., a Landscape & Grounds Maintenance company specializing in commercial accounts such as HOA’s, Apartment Complexes, Hospitals, Commercial Businesses as well as residential accounts is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Receivables Specialist. Experience with Quickbooks, systems is a must.

This is a part-time position at 20 – 25 hours per week. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, financial audits of departments, management of Quickbooks software, monthly bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and budgeting along with other common duties. Supplying monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports to owners.

The Bookkeeper will perform accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries and the balance sheet. They will set up and oversee the software systems as it pertains to financials.
