National Trust Hiring for Recruitment Specialist Job at Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England Full Time

Due to development and growth within the team and our evolving service offering for Commercial recruitment, we’re looking for a new Resourcing Specialist.

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm with an hour for lunch.

Salary: circa £36,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Location: Heelis, Swindon – 2 days office based, and 3 days home based. Travel to our wonderful places will be required from time to time

What you’ll be doing:Joining a fun and energetic in-house team you will lead on the recruitment for senior roles within our Commercial operations and assist the wider team with volume recruitment as required.

There is an untapped opportunity of external recruitment partnerships to explore, develop and champion, with a goal of increasing applicant pools in a challenging market. Building relationships will be paramount to your success

You can genuinely make a real impact, providing expert recruitment advice and knowledge. Therefore, we hope that this individual joining us can bring their own ideas and creative approaches to recruitment which will inspire the team.

Working with the Recruitment Performance Manager you will drive improvements and new ways of working along with monitoring/impacting a range of recruitment statistics which are key to the organisation.

This role may involve direct line management and a full role profile for the role can be found attached

Who we’re looking forPlease specify in your covering letter and application how you meet the following criteria:

• A track record of recruiting roles at all levels across multiple locations.
• Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity with the desire to stay relevant and up to date
• A desire to make a difference, and the drive to make things happen with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder management skills at all levels. (Desirable if external partnerships)
• Knowledge of driving recruitment improvements through identifying data for pattern and trends.
• First class organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• A personal commitment to improving diversity and inclusion in all areas of talent acquisition
• Previous line management would be desirable but not essential.
