National Truss Span Hiring for Administrative Assistant at Stewiacke, NS Full Time

Immediately hiring a reliable admistrative assistant for a busy truss manufacturing plant.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your main duties will include:

  • Taking and transferring phone calls
  • Data entry/cost analysis
  • Processing orders and payments
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

What we’d like from you:

  • High attention to detail with exceptional observation skills
  • Ability to multitask, and work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Be comfortable navigating a computer (Microsoft Office and POS system)
  • Knowledge of the construction industry would be helpful, but not necessary
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • FORT ELLIS, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
