We are seeking a Recruiter to assist in managing the flow of candidates and in identifying and hiring top talent.

Previous Recruiting or Human Resource experience is preferred.

DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize pool of candidates and move them along the screening process.
• Vet applications based upon job requirements, assessments, and background checks.
• Interact with department heads and managers to screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads and managers to onboard new employees.
• Post job advertisements and attend job fairs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency with computers and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Use online ATS platform to maintain candidate pool.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Respectful of a diverse team
• Associates Degree, or three to five years in related experience or training
