About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our growing team.
As Finance Officer, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist with AP/AR reporting and review,
- Assist with reporting and reconciliations,
- Financial statements review and balance sheet checks,
- Financial data and reports review within Netsuite,
- Participate in month-end finance administration,
- Liaise with PM’s, Banks, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders,
- Liaise with offshore transactions team,
- Monitor Cashflow Forecast
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Adhoc finance administration projects as required by the Finance Manager.

Skills and experience
- 3-5 years finance & accounts administration experience gained within a project environment,
- Experience in Financial Accounting, month-end financial administration, & reconciliations,
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders,
- Bachelor Degree or CPA/CA part or fully qualified,
- Working knowledge of Netsuite or similar system an advantage.
