Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Type: Full Time

Hours: M-F 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: $45,000 – $75,000 (DOE)

About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies accordingly.

Experience:

• Identify hiring needs and work with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referral programs and more
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills and experience
• Work with hiring managers to schedule and facilitate in-person interviews
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all recruitment efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist or similar role
• Proven ability to attract and hire top talent
• Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High level of attention to detail and organization skills.
