About The Role…

An opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join this highly recognised, respected and successful business. In this role you will be the

a first point of contact for technology, telecommunications and software application incidents and service requests and you will be given the chance to enhance and broaden your capability and learn more about the functioning of a retail business. Reporting to the Team Leader Service Desk, the role is conveniently located in the Adelaide CBD.

What we are looking for…….

• Demonstrated ability and desire to provide a high level of customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to utilise refined troubleshooting skills to gather the required information, narrow down the root cause of an issue and seek assistance to resolve appropriately.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, determine priorities, plan, and organise work and maintain accuracy
• Ability to understand the impact of requests and incidents on business groups and appropriately prioritise the same.
• High level interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a range of stakeholders.
• Committed to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to document knowledge base information and procedures to improve response times, installations, user training and problem solving.
• Ability to exercise judgement and initiative to ensure management of records.
• Demonstrated knowledge in standard desktop environment applications.
• Demonstrated experience in the use of an IT or Enterprise Service Management Tool as well as an understanding of the ITIL framework and how it applies in an ICT environment.
