About The Role…

As an Office Assistant to the Merchandise Department, you will provide administrative support primarily to the Senior Manager Retail and Merchandise and more generally to the National Support Office departments

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and distribute documents and reports
• Reconcile Corporate Visa cards statements
• Produce Purchase Orders and receipt invoices
• Perform data Entry
• Create travel bookings
• Organise functions
• Provide prompt and accurate information to internal and external enquiries.
• Maintain technical skills by keeping up to date with new program software.

You will have well developed communication and interpersonal skills, excellent personal and professional presentation, be energetic and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Experience, skills & attributes:

• Proven experience in office administration and daily operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrated customer (internal and external focus) skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
