APS6 – Program Manager, Trove Data Support

The National Library of Australia is seeking fill several vacancies at the APS6 classification in the role of Program Manager, Trove Data Support where you will manage partner data contributions and other components of national digital collaborative services.

As part of Trove Data Support, you will be working with a small team, supporting over 50 applications underpinning the Trove ecosystem. You will be identifying opportunities for development of Trove discovery, delivery and data management modules and contribute to the successful delivery of these services through business analysis, coordination of projects including user acceptance testing and change management activities.

In this role, you will:

• Provide high level customer support to Trove Collaborative Services members, their related industry bodies, and advisory/working groups as well as vendors/providers.?
• Acquire and maintain excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships, working with a proactive and service-oriented mindset ensuring the movement of high-quality data through our systems.
• Aggregate data from over 900 partner contributors transforming their data and providing access to both the Australian National Bibliographic Database and Trove.
• Support services including Trove, Australian National Bibliographic Database, National E-deposit (NED) and Interlibrary Loans Document delivery. ?
• Participate in change management activities and be highly adaptable to changing work priorities.?
