National Indoor RV Centers Hiring for Recruiter at Lewisville, TX Full Time

NIRVC’s Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions within the organization. The Recruiter partners with hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify qualified candidates, and manages the recruitment process from start to finish.
This is a Hybrid role which will require 2 days in office (Lewisville) and 3 days remote.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in Retail or trades industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and provide guidance on the hiring process and best practices
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, coordinating candidate, and hiring manager feedback, offer creation and extension, pre-employment and onboarding activities
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the organization’s Applicant Tracking System
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers, external recruiting agencies and vendors as needed
• Provide regular updates and s on recruitment progress and metrics to hiring managers and leadership
• Schedule pre-employment testing & screening processes and inputs data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; or equivalent work- related experience
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment supporting a high-volume requisition load in a related industry
• Previous experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment (30+ job openings)
• Prior experience working in Retail or with trade related roles is preferred
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting matrixes and other recruitment tools and technologies
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a collaborative environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities
• Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid Role – 2 days in office/3 days remote
• May be required to work outside of regular business hours to accommodate candidate schedules and interview availability
• May require occasional travel for recruiting events or to meet with candidates or hiring managers.
