Responsibilities of the HR Onboarding Coordinator:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide operational support to our rapidly growing recruiting team in a fast-paced environment performing onboarding functions, verifications, and recruitment duties as assigned

• Delivers quality support to both recruiters and candidates through the recruitment process and ensures onboarding of new hires is completed correctly and efficiently, resulting in a smooth and positive onboarding process
• Diligently keep frequent contact with the customer through phone calls, text messages, and emails, to ensure information is submitted and communicated in a timely manner
• Tracks and maintains activities of multiple positions, candidates, and new employees during the onboarding process
• Planning and execution of our new team members first day “Welcome” process to include ordering, stocking and distribution of new hire welcome swag and coordinating with the location on welcoming and reviewing employee handbook with new hire
• Creates a monthly Newsletter email introducing the new team members
• Support the planning of virtual/local job fairs and other college-recruiting events as needed
• Enters and maintains a variety of confidential employee information in the organization’s computerized systems to include but not limited to background checks and benefits

Qualifications of the Onboarding Coordinator:

• Strong focus on deadlines
• Superior and professional communication skills (phone, text, written and in person)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to quickly learn and master ATS software.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Team player with a professional business acumen
• Ability to work independently
