PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
· Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all facility staff.
· Maintains communication with department heads regarding staffing needs and helps to develop interview materials.
· Maintains sources of labor supply; coordinates outside recruiting efforts through local institutions i.e., technical schools, business schools, and colleges.
· Sources and screens candidates through social media, job boards, and the internet to build a pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
· Communicates with the facility to ensure ads and requisitions are accurate, updated, and maintained.
· Partners with the HR Assistants to ensure the completion of day-to-day paperwork relating to the Human Resource’s function, i.e., verifications, references, completion of the change of status forms for payroll, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of two years of Human Resource experience and/or high-volume recruitment experience, or a combination of the two.
· Healthcare experience preferred
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work with a word processing system, technical software, and also be familiar with Microsoft Office.
