What You Will Do:

• Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team/function
• Manage all job postings to ensure timely creation, updating, and closure; while ensuring message consistency and accuracy
• Create and manage requisitions in ADP RM
• Visually screen and assess inbound applicants for specified job postings
• Provide sourcing support as needed for targeted searches
• Assist in processing offers and other new hires documentation in ADP RM

What You Will Need:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator
• Health care recruitment experience
• Strong interpersonal Skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication
• Proven ability to partner and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience navigating various job boards; Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Proven track record of successfully screening resumes and conducting preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate fit
• ADP RM expertise

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
