We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our People and Culture department in Warwick, UK and will support National Grid Ventures (NGV). This is a 12 month FTC role. This role offers a vast array of recruitment opportunities so that no two days are the same and there is continued opportunity to learn and grow in your role.
Key accountabilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key support role in delivering effective end-to-end recruitment strategies to deliver National Grid Venture’s (NGV) current and future people requirements. You’ll manage and develop stakeholder relationships while enhancing our employer brand. As part of our hybrid working approach, this role offers a mix of office working in Warwick and home working. What you’ll get
A competitive salary between £32,000-38,000– dependent on capability
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.
