We’re looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a permanent, hybrid working basis in Warwick in September 2022.
As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner within the New Talent team, you get to be a key part of helping National Grid find critical early talent and to help us continue on our key mission to bring energy to life. The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner in New Talent delivers on recruiting our annual intake of Graduates, Undergraduates, Interns, and Higher & Advanced Apprenticeships to meet the business’ future people requirements.
The Global Talent Acquisition team which you will become part of plays an integral role in achieving our company mission… we find and nurture great talent! We are a team of specialised recruiters and sourcers with a focus on data driven decisions and operational excellence to work strategically and proactively, partnering with the business to achieve their talent needs. You will be a trusted advisor with the expertise to consult with the business and develop and execute their talent and attraction strategies as well as proactively understand future business needs.
Traveling to events will be required in this role and so ideally you will have a UK driving license.
The role is based in Warwick, but we could consider a base location of Eakring or London.
Be strategic and tactical
This role can be based in Warwick, Eakring or London and we are offering hybrid working of 2-3 days in the office.
