We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team! We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation and top notch customer reviews.

In this role, you will handle full cycle recruiting for all roles across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience in talent acquisition processes and full cycle recruitment.

• Familiarity in employment law and local hiring guidelines.
• Extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

• Identify/anticipate the recruitment needs in each market and ensure an efficient and qualitative recruitment process

Outstanding eye for talent.

Source and identify candidates, interviewing and assessing skills, and taking candidates through negotiation and placement.

• Writing, posting, and managing a high volume of job descriptions.
• Negotiating offers and salaries.
• Coordinating a high volume of interviews amongst multiple departments and hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate phone, onsite, and virtual interviews.

• Deliver a world class and highly responsive candidate experience.
• Interviewing and screening candidates for all roles across the company.
• Ability to represent National Floors Direct, and convey our employee value proposition to prospective talent.
• Great organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and full cycle recruiting.
• College degree required.
• Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc.
• Excellent listening skills, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.

Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive professional relationships

• Organized with strong attention to detail and can thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
