SUMMARY:

Supports the Education team with a focus on updating and maintaining the data integrity of the Membership database and Learning Management System. This position also provides administrative support to the entire department.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associates degree and a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines while demonstrating professionalism under pressure.
• Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Some travel and public speaking may be required. General office work environment.

DUTIES:

• Creates, updates and maintains the data integrity of NECA’s Membership Database and Learning management system.
• Facilitates the distribution of course materials, evaluations and certificates.
• Develops reports on training usage and feedback.
• Assists with the scheduling of educational courses.
• Assists with the materials and execution of educational elements of national meetings.
• Responds to or refers inquiries regarding educational programs and services as received from NECA members and chapters, industry organizations and the public.
• Supports the Education department on an as needed basis.
• Assists in preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and conferences.
• Maintains database for electronic distribution of materials and communications.
• Performs other general administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
