National Council for Mental Wellbeing Hiring for Training Coordinator, Adult and Youth at Remote Full Time

As a Training Coordinator, Adult and Youth, you will be responsible for data entry and providing first-level support to instructor candidates and National Trainers of our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Adult & Youth courses. Working as part of the Instructor Trainings team, you will provide basic technical assistance to instructor candidates on multiple systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

Data entry and maintenance of in-person and virtual instructor trainings which includes assigning self-paced Learning Management System (LMS) classes including state-wide partnership programs

Offer tier 1 support and technical assistance to instructor candidates and MHFA instructors across system platforms including through the Learning Management System (LMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal, Zoom, phone and email support during off-site, remote and in-person trainings

Serve as secondary contact for the coordination of in-person and virtual events for MHFA Instructors during onboarding. Tasks could include creating courses in the LMS, registering participants and coordinating training logistics

Provide exceptional customer support to instructor training candidates and National Trainers

Represent MHFA in an ethical and professional manner

Other potential projects and tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

One+ years of experience in client services, event planning, or relationship management

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional four years of work experience

Outstanding customer service and communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with professionalism and diplomacy with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Experience using software and platforms including Microsoft Office and CRM

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail

Team-oriented and enthusiastic about client success
