We are currently working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Objectives Responsible for creating and executing test cases on a variety of mission critical applications and platforms including smartphone, CRM, websites, and internally developed solutions.

Accountabilities

• Develops & maintains test schedules, and issues test status & summary reports
• Reviews requirements and other project documentation and provides feedback, with an emphasis on testability
• Accountable for timeliness and quality delivery of all technical deliverables including test cases, daily test reports, requirements traceability documents, functional readiness matrices, and test summary reports
• Executes test cases on a number of platforms including iOS, Android, CRM, and Websites in a Windows and Unix environment
• Create and execute SQL scripts for the purpose of data validation
• Performs quality control and quality assurance testing of applications using a set of testing tools, testing framework, processes and methodologies
• Proactively researches, documents, assesses, and facilitates resolution of incidents and overall testing outcome
• Reproduce reported incidents in non-production environments
• Provides feedback to development team and other internal customers on the production readiness of software
• Manages defects identified during the testing cycle and communicates with the development team regarding all defects (The development team may in fact be a 3rd party vendor writing code for NCP)
• Enhances existing test cases as needed in accordance with our standards

Requirements/Knowledge

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• 2 + years QA experience – creating and executing test cases.
• Experience with Redmine / Bugzilla / Test Director or a similar tool for defect tracking
• Experience with applications and components on mobile platforms such as iPhone/iOS, Android, HTML5
• Knowledge of SQL, Unix operating systems, Database technology, Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
