NATIONAL CHIMNEY Hiring for Accounting Clerk – AR Job at South Burlington, VT Full Time

National Chimney is the Premier Manufacturer of Stainless Steel Fireplace liners and components. We continue to develop efficient manufacturing processes, innovative products, and have locally based distribution centers throughout the country! We are seeking two Accounting Clerks (also see ad for Accounting Clerk – AP) to join our new accounting department.

The ideal candidates will be dependable, self starters, very detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Process customer invoices

• Process credit memos

• Process credit card payments and bank deposits

• Process credit requests

• Call customers for payment on overdue accounts

• Maintain Customer accounts

• Work with the Manager to close out the month.

• Cross train with AP Clerk

• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Detail Oriented

• Highly Organized

• Ability to prioritize

• Excellent communication skills

• Computer proficiency including Excel and ERP systems.

• Previous experience prefered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
