Job Description
Supporting the office manager, this individual will help perform the day-to-day tasks to run the vehicle donation program. As a key member of the team, this person will perform basic office duties to help further a wide array of charities goals and mission.
Responsibilities
Note this position has the flexibility to be Full-Time or Part-Time with an opportunity for Hybrid office/remote for the right candidate.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
Time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Fantastic communication skills
Positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Bi-Lingual Spanish speaker
Experience in the automotive space including title work
Dispatching experience
Prior telemarketing or call center experience
Data Entry
