Job Duties:

• Maintain a documented system of policies and procedures
• Review and revise Corporate Credit Card program rules and training documentation.
• Resolve issues by collaborating with employees, Concur, and the bank.
• Review expense reports and select reports to be audited monthly.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Recommend and implement processes, procedures, and automation efficiencies.
• Communicate and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Provide backup support to ensure incoming cash is applied timely and accurately.
• Special projects and other accounting related duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree (A. A.) in Accounting or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; OR 5 years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new methods, processes and system changes.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Strong customer focus and problem solving skills.
