ROLE:

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant that can support the financial integrity of the Natilik Commercial team’s financial records. This is an opportunity to get involved in almost every aspect of a business’s financial operations, for someone that is looking to gain more experience in their finance/accounting career.

Key responsibilities:

• Enter / Book new deals & projects into Natilik’s finance systems
• Ensure invoicing is sent out timely and consistently
• Issue statements at the start of each month to ensure customers have full visibility of amounts due or falling due
• Manage credit control and the sales order book
  
• Process invoices in the accounting system
• Identify payments that are due to be made to suppliers, ensuring the invoices have been suitably approved, raising the payments on to the bank
• Be the central point for queries raised by suppliers and work with the Finance team within the client business teams to resolve any issues
• Manage monthly expense process
• Monitor company bank accounts to ensure all payments made and receipts from customers have been posted
• Assist with sales reporting
• Ensure timesheets are submitted/approved for the respective teams
• Monitor costs against budget

We’re looking for passionate people who can thrive working in a fast-paced environment. The following skills would make for a great addition to our team:

• Someone that has started towards a career in finance, ideally possessing some form of accountancy/finance qualifications, like a finance degree or accounting qualifications (AAT, ACCA, etc.)
• A stickler for detail. Someone that pays really close attention to details as errors can be costly
• Excellent communication skills that would allow you to interact with people from a variety of levels and roles within a business
