Looking to hire a seasoned beauty industry professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills to support Brand Education initiatives and manage the planning and execution of Education and sales goals around the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES/EDUCATION

• Recruit and on-board top talent for global field team; sometimes working with agencies or with HR departments.
• Ensure visual and operational standards are met in the field by reviewing weekly or monthly reporting.
• Oversee gratis distribution and any related training.
• Liaise with Account Manager team to support brand presence in each region.
• Drive brand recognition, awareness, and loyalty by developing and maintaining relationships with retailer leadership.
• Identify and communicate operational challenges in the field and make suggestions on tools that would improve the impact of the visits.

COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT

• Conduct regular touch base calls with the overseas team to collaborate and communicate opportunities.
• Partner with marketing, events, and leadership including the founder and CEO, to determine field development opportunities and educational efficiencies.
• Communicate with retailer education contacts to schedule planning meetings.
• Manage high-level trainings for NSOs, seasonal updates, new hires, and workshops with our retailers as needed.
• Keep the Education drive up to date with videos, brand decks, brand focus day direction, and launch information.
• Work with the brand founder on the direction of Education programs, gratis, GWP initiatives and overall brand messaging on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have 4 years of beauty industry experience managing a field team.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and content creation tools.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience copy-writing industry materials.
