Bilingual Spanish Talen Aquisition Specialist

The qualified candidate will be Bilingual Spanish with the ability to identify and recruit skilled candidates, communicate with applicants in both languages (English & Spanish), interview and/or assess candidates to ensure a good fit, and remain in communication with the HR Department to stay informed of current and upcoming organizational needs.

Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the warehouse and transportation non-exempt (hourly) recruiting needs.
• Evaluate applicant flow and source data through applicant tracking system; Indeed.
• Schedule interview(s) and greet walk in(s) for any current opening(s).
• Screen applicants for open positions while working closely with the supervisory team and HR department to select candidates and move forward in the hiring process.
• Coordinate and assist with the new hire process, including complete on-boarding paperwork and coordinating/conducting new-hire orientation.
• Respond to HR-Related queries regarding recruitment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by HR.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish is a MUST
• MUST have minimum 2-years recruiting experience preferably in distribution or manufacutring
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in an HR Department recruiting and assisting the HR management team with onboarding and administrative tasks
• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented with strong follow up skills
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Experience with and HRIS or HRMS systems a BIG plus
