Description:
The Nassau BOCES Department of Regional Schools and Instructional Programs is seeking Work-Based Learning (WBL) Teacher(s)/Coordinator(s). The successful candidates will be certified in WBL from an accredited institution and will have experience in placing students in internships, job shadowing programs, and monitoring required hours in students’ selected CTE programs. The candidate should also be comfortable instructing students in resume writing, interview skills and the soft skills needed for success in the workplace. The successful candidate will also participate in assisting and expanding the district/program Industry Advisory Board.
Requirements:

• NYSED Certification or eligible for a Transitional A certification

SALARY: As per contract
EFFECTIVE: September 1, 2022

Salary range is $61,832.45 – $79,024.62
