OverviewThe talent acquisition consultant rolesources, interviews and leads the selection process for filling open roles via new hire and transfers.
Creates pipelines of talent ahead of need (both internally and externally), and identifies and pursues creative sources of qualified applicants to meet the needs of the business.
The role is also responsible for sharing the brand of the organization and networking with candidates using a variety of avenues.
Acts as consultant to hiring managers and their teams for all aspects of the selection process. Partners with hiring managers, to identify, implement and evaluate hiring strategies.
Integrates technology practices for finding candidates and managing the candidate workflow. Assists with leading the Talent Acquisition team in process improvements and creating an amazing experience for candidates, hiring managers and interview teams.
Communicates to Manager regarding status of projects and initiatives and communicates with manager and hiring managers regarding status of open positions.
