Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and private practices. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and ensuring that the healthcare professionals selected for open positions meet the organization’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals.
- Source and screen potential candidates using various methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to the recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
- Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms and conditions of employment.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to establish a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment process and results.
Healthcare Recruiter Requirements:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, human resources, or related field.
- At least 3years of experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stake holders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
