About the Sales team:
The Sales organization is leading our charge in growing the number of financial institutions Narmi serves, as well as building confidence with prospects in Narmi’s solution.
Narmi is looking for a Lead Sales Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of talented sales engineers to accelerate Narmi’s revenue growth through technical demonstrations and solutions assessments. They will align the technical expertise of the team with the strategic goals of Narmi while remaining a “hands on” contributor and are directly involved in opportunity strategy and execution.

The expected annual base salary for this role is $160,000 – $180,000 with an on-target earnings of $230,000. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
