About The Role

This is a permanent, full time position ing to the IT Endpoint Engineering Manager. As our business continues to grow, our IT function is expanding, maturing, and evolving. Become part of a friendly and supportive frontline team responsible for providing exceptional support to over 300 users, both onsite and remotely. This role requires an individual who brings excellent technical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a customer-centred approach to deliver outstanding service in our fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Log and resolve level 1 & 2 helpdesk tickets remotely and on-site
• Perform configuration, deployment, maintenance, and support for endpoint system
• Maintain IT asset inventory and availability
• Provide IT support to employee on-boarding and off-boarding
• Organise and conduct end user IT training
• Build, install, configure, and maintain of operating systems, software, and hardware
• Administrate and execute IT SOP and problem management
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain solution documentation

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT professional who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrives on continuous learning. You are focussed on customer satisfaction; delivering an exceptional service that leaves your customers happy. While you enjoy working within a supportive team environment, you are equally comfortable working independently to tackle challenging and complex problems.

The skills you will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role supporting desktop, laptop and other endpoint devices
• Experience in printer support, software and hardware imaging/installation/configuration
• Understanding of ITIL methodology
• Sound knowledge Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Experience with MS Intune and Entra
• Experience in using a variety of software including service management systems, cloud backup, TrendMicro, MaaS360, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop and PDQ
• Knowledge of deployment toolkits and PowerShell
• Experience in networking protocols and technologies (LAN/WAN/WiFi).
• Experience in implementing and managing SOE
