About The Role
Join a People & Culture team at our global HQ in Macquarie Park focussed on the demands of a dynamic and rapidly expanding global organisation. In this role, your responsibility will be to oversee the administration and coordination of the employee lifecycle. You’ll also play a pivotal role in generating insightful s on people metrics and participate in P&C initiatives and events. This is a permanent position but offers flexibility, allowing you to choose between a full-time or part-time commitment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, role changes and offboarding
- Maintain employee records and documentation in ELMO HRIS system, Excel spreadsheets and digital files
- Maintain documentation and systems including the HRIS system, LMS and SharePoint
- Assist managers with employee lifecycle processes queries
- Coordinate employee surveys using Culture Amp
- Provide admin support for employee experience initiatives including benefits, D&I, reward and recognition, employee training and events
- Assist with quarterly ing on people metrics
- Process P&C invoices and expenses

You’ll become an integral part of our vibrant, collaborative team who will support you with honing your skills and the role will also provide opportunities to enhance our people processes and elevate our employees’ experience as we continue to grow.
The Skills You Will Bring
- Experience in a HR support role
- Excellent organisation and coordination skills
- Systems savvy with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Experience with data preparation and analysis
- Experience with using HRIS systems (ELMO)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
