About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Account to join our growing group finance team at our global HQ. Be an integral part of a dynamic and evolving finance team to deliver the month end close and assist with ASX ing. You will be joining an experienced, supportive team who will provide you with opportunities to hone your skills and develop new ones as well as joining an organisation embarking on a transformational project to implement a new ERP system.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform month-end close processes, calculation and execution of month-end journals and reconciliations
• Produce month management and group ing; and
• Assist in ad hoc analysis requests
• Complete monthly and quarterly tax returns for global entities
• Maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers
• Assist with external audits
• Assist in preparing ASX financial s
• Participate in projects including ERP implementation

About You

We are seeking a bright and ambitious individual looking to take the next step in their career. You will thrive in an environment where you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting tasks skills whilst also with collaborating with the business and taking part in exciting projects. You will be currently working as a junior Financial Accountant or assistant FA and have experience with month-end close processes and be familiar with using ERP systems.

The skills you will bring:

• CA/CPA qualified accountant or working towards
• 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role
• Systems literate with excellent Excel skills and ERP experience (QAD, MS Dynamics)
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Analytical with great problem-solving skills
• Proactive and flexible to be equipped to navigate a dynamic and changing environment
