About the role

This newly created opportunity has arisen due to our continued exponential growth. ing to the Group FP&A Leader and, as senior member of the FP&A team, this role has high visibility within the global business. Bring your impressive background in business and financial planning to drive management and ing and monitor alignment of resources and efforts across the global business to deliver on its objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the Group FP&A Leader in the transformation of the current financial and S&OP process into an integrated business planning process and embed across the business
• Provide primary support and ongoing management of the budgeting and forecasting process
• Collaborate with Commercial and FP&A Business Partners to consolidate financial plans and s on group performance
• Partner with Executives and cost centre owners in the development and execution of their financial plans
• Provide analysis and commentary on actual performance vs budgets/forecasts
• Prepare and develop financial and commercial analysis to support decision making on key strategic priorities
• Collaborate with the IT team and the rest of the FP&A team in the development and maintenance of the financial planning and ing tools
• Manage appropriate operating mechanisms to ensure oversight and governance of the business planning process
• Collaborate with Strategy and Data Analytics functions to evaluate and draw insights from business performance to inform future planning activities
• Drive alignment of plans with the business risk management framework, including the risk appetite statement and risk register

About you

You will have extensive experience in financial planning, preferably in a global organisation where you have had exposure to different markets and cultures. To be successful in this role you will bring strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to advise, support and influence your stakeholders and bring their financial planning strategies to life.

The skills you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in business and/or scientific disciplines
• CA/CPA qualifications are an advantage but not essential
• 10+ years’ experience working in business and financial planning processes
• Highly systems literate and experienced in using ERP systems and BI and ing tools (Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage
• Strong experience with company income and balance sheet statements; with a significant focus on revenue and EBIT growth and management of cash flow
• Ability to understand and develop the big picture while having high attention detail
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Strong cross-functional program or project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate, build and maintain strong working relationships within a global corporate environment
• Experience in the high-growth medical device industry is a plus
