• 3+ years of experience in similar roles
• 2 outstanding references for us to call.

ROLE DETAILS
Location: Park Orchards, VIC
Start date: ASAP
Days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Hours: 7:30am-4pm
Children: 21mo and 4.5yo
Pay rate: $32-35 per hour plus Super.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This friendly family of 4 is seeking an experienced and compassionate nanny to care for their boys two days a week. Having had nannies previously, they’re keen to build a successful long-term working relationship with their new Nanager.

The family practices respectful parenting and is seeking the same from their nanny. The boys are happy and playful, with plenty of energy and a love of being active. The parents would prefer their nanny to have studied Early Childhood Education, and/or have an understanding of child development and experience with similar age children.

The main focus of this role will be connecting with the children and encouraging their imagination and learning through developmentally-appropriate activities. The parents would appreciate minor household support such as working with the children to keep things tidy and organised after play, and helping with the dishwasher.
