Nanager Hiring for Monday & Friday Nanny Job at Australia Full Time

• Permanent Australian Resident
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Valid First Aid and CPR
• Fully vaccinated
• Drivers Licence and own car
• Experience working with babies
• 2 exceptional references for us to call.

ROLE DETAILS
Start date: April 1st (slightly flexible)
Location: Seddon, VIC
Days: Mondays and Fridays (can accommodate alternative days if the nanny requires)
Hours: 7am-7pm
Child: 9 month old
Pay rate: $33-35/hour + Super.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This household consists of mum, her baby boy, and two friendly dogs (Beagliers). The baby is incredibly happy. He’s eager to move and to do things independently, and loves to be around people. Mum is very happy for their nanny to take him out and about for adventures, and values a child-led and play-based approach to the day rather than a rigid schedule of formal activities.

They have the support of family to share in care of the baby while Mum works long hours. When her work days increase, they look forward to adding the support of a Nanager 2 days a week. The baby’s needs will be the top priority, and Mum would also like the Nanager to do some cooking and assist with laundry and maintaining a tidy home.

The right person for this role will be a great communicator who is relaxed and calm, contributing to a soothing home for the family. But they’ll also love to play and be able to engage the baby in developmentally-appropriate activities inside and outside of the home. The family needs someone who is reliable and able to commit to the hours needed, with flexibility to occasionally stay later. Being able to use initiative with the baby and household is also a really essential skill, so that Mum doesn’t have to carry all of the mental load.
