ROLE DETAILS
Start: July/August
Location: Kalkallo, VIC
Days: Mondays to Thursdays
Hours: 7am – 4:30pm
Children: 1.5 year old and 3 year old
Salary: $63,000-67,000 + Super + paid leave entitlements.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This family is seeking a creative, reliable, and patient nanny to work full-time hours over 4 days. The role will be focused on care of 2 young boys, with just light household tasks to support the family. The parents are keen to employ someone who has a great rapport with children to support their boys in their early years and encourage a wonderful sibling relationship. They are keen for their nanny to take the children out and about while also enjoying time at home and in their backyard.

The role will also involve preparing simple and nutritious food for the children (the 3 year old particularly loves to get involved in this process!). Laundry, dishes, and keeping the home relatively tidy will be a team effort, with the parents and nanny each doing what they can to keep things running smoothly throughout the week alongside time with the children.

ABOUT THE FAMILY
The family is fun, loving, and adventurous! The parents work hard, running their own business, so they have time to focus on their children and get away for little adventures exploring new places and nature in their free time. The family has one outdoor dog.

Both children are very sweet and loving. The eldest (just turned 3) has kind big brother instincts and is very observant and thoughtful. The youngest (1.5 years old) is playful and is learning how to manage his emotions as his words and understanding catch up with his eagerness to assert what he wants.
