ROLE DETAILS
Location: South Yarra, VIC
Salary: $70,000-80,000 per year + Super + paid leave entitlements (depending on candidate and base schedule)
Days: Mondays – Thursdays (some optional extra work, depending on flexibility)
Hours: 6am – 4pm
Children: 7yo boy, 4yo boy, 2yo girl, and baby girl (7mo)
Start date: July 1st 2022.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Permanent Australian Resident
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Valid First Aid and CPR
• Vaccinated against Covid-19
• 3+ years of experience in similar roles
• Licence (own car also preferred)
• 2 exceptional references for us to call.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Parents seeking a highly qualified nanny/home manager to work Mondays-Thursdays. The right Nanager will be a proactive problem-solver who can manage the different elements of this role on the go. The main duties centre around caring for the children, providing consistency to their routine, and keeping them organised.

Care for the 4 children will always be a priority but we are seeking a Nanager who is willing to be helpful in the home (the family have regular cleaners). We are seeking someone who is able to manage an efficient routine to support the household and family routines. Tasks will include things such as cooking/meal prep, tidying/organisation, groceries/running errands, and laundry management. The family has another nanny, a housekeeper, and cleaners so it is essential you work well in a team setting.

To be the right person for this role you will ideally be a positive thinker with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You will need to be hardworking and efficient with a strong understanding of what it takes to manage a busy household. The family will be reasonable about what tasks are realistic alongside care for the children.

ABOUT THE FAMILY
Both parents work full time (sometimes from home) and want to make better use of their time by having things in their home and family run more smoothly. The family are busy, but describe themselves as relaxed and easy-going and hope to find a Nanager with a similar nature. They want to bring calm to their chaos with an extra set of experienced hands to help.

It’s important for the parents to be involved and present for the children throughout the week (in the morning and evening routines with the kids) and they very much look forward to working alongside their Nanager in a parenting team. The family likes to stay active and spend as much time together as possible.
