Talent Acquisition Manager (Oracle)

Location: Hybrid – The role will largely be remote home working with occasional monthly travel to our London Based office.

Job Overview:

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, your role will be responsible for ensuring our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, working closely with Senior Managers across recruitment, resourcing, and talent management. We are seeking someone who thinks and acts ahead, with a positive, ambitious, and results-oriented attitude.

The successful Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with department line managers on a regular basis and proactively identify skills gaps and future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, including social media networks and headhunting. Ideally you may have some knowledge or understanding of Oracle (or have technical recruitment experience) and the types of roles we recruit for, while having experience in reviewing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will also be able to support wider engagement and retention initiatives by coordinating and supporting the upskilling of talent within our departments to fill potential gaps.

As Namos is a fast-paced consulting organisation, you will need to have strong experience and be able to keep up with demand.

Main Duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Ownership and management of the recruitment experience from beginning to end, providing a highly effective recruitment service to all departments and a fantastic candidate experience.
• Management of our recruitment platforms and systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
• Determine current and future resourcing needs attending resourcing meetings and partnering with HR Business Partners.
• Deliver Talent Management and Hiring plans to keep on top of skills gaps.
• Assist in employee retention and development.
• Liaise with external agencies (when needed), ensuring agency terms are upheld and manage these relationships.
• Supplier relationship management (Linkedin, Job boards, TechVets etc)
• Continuously looking for opportunities to improve our recruitment processes.
• Plan and conduct recruitment events.
• Deliver in house training to our employees and managers on effective recruitment and resourcing practices.
• Supporting managers with developing job descriptions and scope.
• Manage our careers social media page, creating/designing regular postings to drive attraction.
• Manage the candidate experience, by reviewing applications, moving application through the required stages to keep them up to date on where they are at in the process. Conducting any screening/interviewing (as required).
• Interview coordination and scheduling.
• Diversity initiatives around recruitment.
• Conduct new employee onboardings and answer questions.

Desired skills and personal qualities:

• Knowledge of the 360-recruitment process across various levels and departments.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• A proven track record in delivering internal recruitment solutions.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft environment ( Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT, Teams etc)

• Knowledge of Oracle and Oracle Recruiting Cloud is desirable, or experience working with a similar ATS.
• Experience working in a technical recruitment role is highly desirable.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised with strong process management skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
• Highly developed and disciplined work ethic, sense of accountability and ability to follow-through.
• Professional, proactive, friendly and flexible approach
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Possess a pro-active and positive attitude
• General knowledge of HR
