As a Customer Service Officer, you will be an integral part of Studco’s Customer Service Team providing high quality and consistent service to our customers. The Role will be primarily focused on the following; Local order entry, customer follow up and coordination of pickups and deliveries for the VIC branch. Working within the National Customer Service team to provide a seamless and consistent approach to all customers throughout the Australian business. Administration duties at the local branch and any other admin duties as requested. Requirements Knowledge of the data entry process Manual dexterity Visual acuity Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments. Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required Meet productivity standards as outlined in client metrics Identify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of management team Work on special projects as assigned Other duties as assigned Benefits Flexible work environments
