Talent & Resourcing Manager Hybrid working ( home and Birmingham office)

The role:

This is an exciting new opportunity to lead our in house team of recruitment consultants, deliver our strategic and operational resourcing activities and develop our approach to all aspects of talent demand.

You will be joining our People & OD leadership team as we design our future people strategy and your success in attracting and developing talent will be core to the success of Nacro’s mission. We are recruiting for a high number of roles across a diverse range of service areas and are seeking to further develop our tools, processes, and employer brand. Your key priorities will include;

• Create a pipeline of talent, particularly supporting how we attract and recruit people from disadvantaged or minority groups
• Extract more value and performance from our recruitment spend and activity through better planning, better use of data and by embedding process improvements
• Deliver innovative hiring campaigns to enhance Nacro’s brand recognition and employer of choice status
• Develop future talent attraction pipelines through early career/apprenticeship programmes, facilitating an effective hiring process
• Lead and develop your team’s growth, impact and partnerships with internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

Your talent and resourcing management experience will have been built in fast paced, high resourcing demand environments working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Charity/specific sector experience is not essential, you will need empathy with our mission and the values that enable us to succeed.

• You will be experienced in developing talent attraction initiatives that create excellent candidate experience.
• Data driven and analytical, you will be able to interpret and make data led decisions quickly to seek solutions and drive improved standards.
• You build strong partner relationships at all levels of the organisation to create added value and influence positive change.
• You work well at pace with high volume vacancies running concurrently between directorates.
• Experience in developing and implementing inclusive recruitment processes and practices to enhance social mobility is desirable
• A resilient manager and leader, you have an open style and seek support needed from line manager, peers, and colleagues to be effective in their role.

The offer;

In addition to a first class salary, Nacro offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including

25 days holiday ( plus statutory) rising to 30 days after 5 years, pension and health cash plan.

The offer here is for blended office/home working.
