We are seeking a New Account Development B2B sales person to join our team. You will call out on company supplied leads to offer commissionable product solutions. You will be responsible for the development of new customer accounts you obtain to generate reoccurring commissionable business. Your capacities to cultivate relationships, provide product solutions and secure sales opportunities will be key responsibilities. Compensation is salary-based, with unlimited commission earning potential, including a $100 per new customer bonus. Successful reps can earn $70K in their first year.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and sell products and services to new leads
• Reach agreed upon sales targets
• Resolve inquiries
• Set follow-up calls to keep customers aware of latest developments

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outbound solution sales by phone is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to sell and build fast rapport with potential clients leading to sales
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
