We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Systems Consultant, on a 12-month fixed term within our People and Culture Division. This role reports to Manager, Operations and Project Sourcing.

This role is truly a subject matter expert (SME) of our talent tool PageUp. And will primarily be working on the backend of this application, along with optimisations, investigations, and day to day adhoc support/reporting for the Talent Acquisition Services Team and the broader People & Culture team (as needed). This includes the need to be able to work with Microsoft Excel from a reporting function to marry the information from PageUp and extract data needed to help NAB with its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate as trusted advisor and SME across PageUp
• Identifying experience improvement opportunities while using data driven approach to influence
• Provide analysis and insights to inform organisational Talent decisions and across stakeholder groups
• Proactively identify current and potential recruitment service issues/problems across the organisation and suggest solutions/resolutions withing system parameters
• Identify, lead and see through the conclusion of continuous improvement opportunities
• System maintenance and enhancements (in line with industry best practice)
• Reduce risk ensuring data integrity, quality assurance, troubleshooting queries and analysing data/trends.

What you will bring

• Demonstrated systems and consulting experience as a SME with PageUp (Superuser desirable)
• Intermediate Microsoft excel skills
• Experience working in a large complex environment and utilising systems to generate insights
• Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Marketing, Finance or related (desired, not required)
• A willingness to tackle complex problems and use critical thinking, your network, skills, knowledge and available data to drive better outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
• Curiosity and passion to learn about banking and financial sector, and help NAB achieve business success
