We’re wanting talented people who can excite and delight our candidates and stakeholders, so we like to stay open minded when looking at background and experience. However, we’d definitely be excited to hear from you if you have experience in agency or in-house recruitment, supporting a number of stakeholders.

As part of the team, you will deliver best practice talent acquisition practices, leading to great hiring manager & candidate experiences. Your key responsibilities will include.

• Recruiting varied role types applying best practice talent acquisition methodologies
• Providing Talent Advisory subject matter expertise (SME) to stakeholders
• Sourcing and selecting candidate through various sourcing channels
• Coaching leaders and guiding through the end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience
• Conduct a fair and consistent selection process including screening, shortlisting, offer management and ensuring compliance checks are completed
• Adhere to processes and policies aligned with the TA service model
• Develop strong working relationships with designated business unit stakeholders and People Advisory colleagues

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic talent acquisition professional with a growth mindset and a flexible, adaptive nature. Some of the things we will be looking for from you will include;

• Expertise managing end to end recruitment processes
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and deliver in complex, sometimes ambiguous environments
• Customer-centric approach to work
• Ability to pivot across multiple systems and collaboration technologies
• Experience using PageUp or a similar TMS
