N Wasserstrom & Sons Hiring for Sr. Account Coordinator Full Time

We have a current opening for an Sr. Account Coordinator on our Supermarkets Team (Pay-Band 10) at our Peoria, Arizona Office. This position has a strong potential for growth, providing administrative and coordinating services for the Account Management Teams.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordinating services for team members across multiple business units in the client account management department. Specific duties include:

• Using quoting software to prepare customer and freight quotes for review
• Entering customer data and orders into the Wasserstrom ERP system
• Monitoring orders throughout the fulfillment process to meet critical deadlines and ensure accuracy
• Working with cross-functional departments to resolve questions and challenges, elevating as required
• Coordinating with freight services to ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers:
  • Reviewing weekly shipping schedules
  • Communicating with on-site contacts as needed
  • Using shipment scheduling software to maintain requests for carrier pickups
  • Following up with carriers and on-site personnel post-delivery
• Other administrative responsibilities as needed, including:
  • Completing specification books
  • Completing service manuals

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

• Familiar with or able to learn inventory, ERP, and order management systems
• Able to manage varied concurrent responsibilities across multiple projects and business units
• Accurate attention to detail and follow-through with documentation of details
• Able to recognize and maintain confidentiality
• Prior customer service or project/account management experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or equivalent required
