N-able Hiring for Paid Search Manager at Morrisville, NC Full Time

Why N-able:
The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for creating strategies to drive performance KPIs through Google and Microsoft channels, will be the main point of contact for agency partners for day-to-day paid search management, and will assist with budget management. Advanced data analysis is a critical part of this role as you will be expected to generate and present in-depth s and make recommendations to improve results. You must demonstrate the ability to tie data together from several different databases, including the ability to analyze metrics that go beyond the initial lead, such as closed/won deals.
This is a highly visible role within the organization that is responsible for providing senior leadership with frequent updates and root causes of performance outcomes. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong understanding of advanced paid search tactics, the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, and someone with strong analytical and communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and analyze paid search campaign performance
- Oversee priorities and quality of work of agency partners
- Create/update Google Data Studio s to give agency partners the visibility they need to make campaign optimizations
- Own KPI metrics and help educate other internal stakeholders on successes and opportunities for improvement of campaigns
- Provide forecasting updates to senior leadership on recurring basis
- Partner with Web team on CRO tests
- Work with Campaigns and Product Marketing teams on ing and creative requests
- Monitor budget across several different platforms and products – must be able to track spend by product, campaign, and region
- Ability to make budget shift recommendations between different channels and campaigns based on performance metrics
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of paid search experience
- Strong understanding of Search Ads 360, tROAS bidding models, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager
- Experience creating/updating Google Data Studio s is preferred
- Experience with international campaigns in non-English languages
- Ability to demonstrate and present key findings and next steps to senior leadership on weekly basis
- Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new software platforms where campaigns will be managed
- Familiarity with the B2B software space is a plus
