Mythical Games Hiring for Software Engineer – Blockchain Job at Remote Full Time

We are Mythical Games, a Venture-backed next-generation game technology company at the intersection of video games and economics led by industry veterans. Our goal is to lead the industry with the launch of exceptional video game experiences that leverage distributed ledger technology (DLT), while also providing a platform of robust tools that will allow any other game developers to do the same.

We are looking for a talented and driven Blockchain Engineer who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Mythical’s game platform offerings. This position is Blockchain focused and a successful candidate will have an interest and understanding of some of the following :

• Byte serialization for various specifications
• Designing, maintaining, and deploying smart contracts
• Focus on security and best practices for contract development
• Configuring and deploying nodes in a network
• Reliable state management
• Developing higher-level APIs on top of blockchain primitives
• Interoperability
• Staying current with the latest blockchain developments
• Primarily elixir async backend systems to handle blockchain

Required Experience:

• Deep knowledge of Elixir, Rust, Solidity, C++, or JavaScript
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• In-production engineering experience in one or more blockchain technology: Ethereum or EOS
• Experience developing for a multi-tenant cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• BS or greater, preferably in a science or engineering discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development
• Experience designing and developing for large, horizontally scalable, high-transaction volume systems
• Self-driven: able to innovate, plan, and execute with autonomy

Pay: $115,057.00 – $175,625.00 per year
