Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Active Tennessee License: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Medication Aide (MA)

• Own a smartphone that is Android or Apple app compatible
• Provide documentation of a valid ID and Social Security Number; Negative TB Test (in past 12 months) & 2 Professional Reference Emails
• Have a clear criminal background check per MyShyft standard
