myOrthos Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for providing support to Human Resources with talent acquisition, managing full cycle of recruiting from sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, completing all reference checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage about 15-20+ open job requisitions at a time.
• Participate in the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and managing the candidate experience from start to finish.
• Act as primary communication point with applicants and candidates from initial contact point to offer.
• Working with hiring managers and/or senior management, negotiates and makes offers of employment.
• Lead communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview teams. Provide feedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through various systems and processes.
• Attend recruiting events and develop community partnerships to help find the best talent.
• Analyze applicant data and make recommendations to increase attraction.
• Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent.
• Consistently work to promote the employer brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, Excel preferred.
• Flexible and willing to perform duties of others on the team when needed.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Must be a team player who’s organized, motivated, and a self-starter.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting or other Talent Acquisition role required.
• Experience working with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Experience managing a heavy req load and recruiting process from start to finish.
• Exposure to clinical or hourly wage staffing is a plus.

**This is a remote role, but we’re looking for someone who can come into the Boston office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
