About The Team

The Opportunity
The Website Analytics Specialist is responsible for understanding and analysing website traffic data and identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve website performance and user experience.

The Role
In this role, you’ll develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize website performance, increase user engagement, and achieve business goals. You’ll also create and maintain website performance s and dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure website analytics is integrated into all aspects of the website.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a website analytics, preferably in a digital marketing environment
• Highly proficient in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
• Knowledge of other web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or Piwik.
• Understanding of website design and development principles
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
